Your Privacy Choices

You can opt out of the sharing of your personal information, or submit a request to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you.

Requests are currently handled by email. Send your request to [email protected] using the instructions below.

Opt out of sale or sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. We do share website activity data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can stop that at any time.

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Opt Out of Sale/Sharing" and include:

- The email address you want opted out
- The phone number you want opted out, if applicable

We will not ask you to verify your identity to process an opt-out, and we will not require you to create an account.

Access, correct, delete, or port your information

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format, limit our use of sensitive personal information, or appeal a denied request.

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include:

- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you have one on file with us
- Your state of residence
- What you are requesting: access, correct, delete, portability, limit use of sensitive information, or appeal
- Any details that help us locate your information
- Whether you are submitting for yourself or as an authorized agent

Verification. To protect your information, we will ask you to confirm details we already have on file before we act on a request for access, correction, deletion, or portability.

Authorized agents. If you are submitting on someone else's behalf, we require written, signed authorization and will verify the identity of the consumer.

What happens next

- We acknowledge your request within 10 business days
- We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you and may extend by another 45 days
- Your first request in any 12 month period is free
- We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right

Appeals. If we deny your request and you live in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, or Oregon, reply to our response with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within 45 days, or 60 days for Colorado and Texas.

Requests about a business that uses Breeze

If you called, texted, or submitted a form to a local business and that business uses Breeze to run its website or messaging, that business controls your information, not Breeze. Contact the business directly.

If you cannot reach them, email [email protected] and we will forward your request to them.

To stop receiving text messages from a business, reply STOP to any message from that business's number.
