This Cookie Policy explains how Breeze Business Solutions LLC ("Breeze," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://breezebusinesssolutionsllc.nebulabrandgroup.com/ (the "Site"), and how you can manage them.

This Policy supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your browser or device. Cookies let a site recognize your browser on a return visit, remember settings, and measure how the site is used.

We also use similar technologies that work alongside cookies:

- Pixels and web beacons: small pieces of code, often invisible images, that record when a page was loaded or an action was taken. Advertising platforms use these to measure ad performance
- Local storage: data your browser saves on your device, similar to a cookie but not sent with every request
- Scripts and tags: code loaded from a third party, such as an analytics or advertising provider, that sets and reads its own cookies

Throughout this Policy, "cookies" refers to all of these.

2. First-party and third-party cookies

First-party cookies are set by our Site. We use them for things like keeping you logged in and remembering preferences.

Third-party cookies are set by companies whose code runs on our Site, such as Google and Meta. Those companies set and read their own cookies under their own privacy policies, and they may recognize your browser on other sites where their code also runs. That is what makes cross-site advertising possible.

3. What we use cookies for

Strictly necessary. These keep the Site working. They handle security, load balancing, session management, and keeping you signed in to your account. The Site does not function properly without them, and they cannot be turned off through a preference setting.

Performance and analytics. These tell us which pages are visited, how long people stay, what they click, and where they came from. We use Google Analytics for this. The data helps us fix problems and improve the Site.

Advertising. These let us measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited the Site. We use Google and Meta, which covers Facebook and Instagram. Under California and several other state privacy laws, this activity is treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 6.

We do not use session replay technology, and we do not use cookies to collect precise location.

4. Third parties that set cookies on our Site

- Google LLC: Google Analytics for site measurement, and Google Ads for advertising delivery, conversion tracking, and remarketing
- Meta Platforms, Inc.: advertising delivery, conversion tracking, and remarketing across Facebook and Instagram
- HighLevel LLC (GoHighLevel): our platform provider, for session management, forms, chat, and hosting functionality

These companies process the data they collect under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. Review their policies for details on their practices and opt-out options.

This list may change as we add or remove tools. We update this Policy when it does.

5. How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.

Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them. On our Site, persistent cookies generally last up to 13 months, though some third-party advertising and analytics cookies may have different lifespans set by the provider.

6. Advertising, sale, and sharing

We do not sell personal information for money.

We do share website activity data, including online identifiers, IP address, pages visited, and inferences, with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California, Colorado, Connecticut, and similar state laws, this is treated as a "sale" or "sharing."

Browser signals. Our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Use the opt-out method above instead.

7. How to manage cookies

Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, block third-party cookies specifically, or clear them on exit. Look under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the Site, including login and forms.

Industry opt-out tools. These let you opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies:

- optout.aboutads.info
- optout.networkadvertising.org

Provider-level opt-outs. Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics, and both Google and Meta let you manage ad personalization in your account settings with those companies.

Mobile devices. iOS and Android both have an advertising identifier you can reset or limit in your device privacy settings.

Opting out of interest-based advertising does not stop you from seeing ads. It means the ads you see are less likely to be based on your browsing.

8. Cookies on websites we build for clients

Breeze builds and hosts websites for other businesses. Those sites may set their own cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies configured by or for that business.

This Policy covers our own Site only. If you are browsing a local business's website that Breeze built, that business is responsible for its own cookie practices and privacy disclosures. Contact that business directly with questions.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our tools and practices change. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent change. We review this Policy at least once every 12 months.
